Black Business Society is launching its first ever Mentorship Program & we want you to be a part of the experience. We believe in order for our members to succeed, mentorship and guidance are essential in the process of achieving success as young professionals.
The BBS Mentor Program partners with SDSU alumni and experienced professionals from a broad range of business careers with firsthand industry experience. This program gives students an opportunity to learn directly from business professionals in a one-on-one relationship. Students can learn more about their career interests, create professional connections, be mentored & supported by individuals who were in their shoes during their college experience, and so much more.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on Finance at San Diego State. I currently work full time at Robert Half as a Financial Analyst II and part time for the Los Angeles Clippers as a Member Services Game Night Staff Associate. I’ve also worked for The Walt Disney Company and Goldman Sachs as a Financial Analyst. Throughout my career, I’ve worked on projects to make financial processes more efficient and analysis on the financial impacts of different business scenarios. Outside of work, I like watching football, going to beach or on hikes, and doing yoga. In my free time, I also mentor college students and younger professionals interested in breaking into/pivoting to entertainment or financial services industry.

KRYSTAL NZEADIBE
Corporate Strategy Group, Comcast
Krystal Nzeadibe is a Bay Area native and SDSU class of 2018 alumna. After completing her Bachelors in Finance, she began a 2-year rotational development program hosted by Comcast Corporation. During the program, she lived in Miami, Philadelphia and Manhattan. In each city, she worked with a different finance team and strengthened her financial acumen and knowledge of the media and telecommunications industry. Today, she now works within the Comcast Corporate Strategy group. In this role she completes ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses to support C-level executives in their decision making. Given the current competitiveness in the media and telecom landscape, a lot of her projects are future focused and oriented in providing solutions to maintain the organization's relevancy. When she is not at work, you can find her doing HIIT workouts, hosting her virtual book club (Book'd & Busy), or watching the latest season of Love Island.
